I think these colleges are AICTE approved and they take admissions based on the score in the entrance exams,i think if there is some college which takes admission on the basis of donation,then you can look for those colleges.

But i will recommend you to take a college through entrance exam only,if there is any type of financial problem then you may arrange scholarships for yourself.
