Usually in medical colleges,you will get few holidays as the course is so vast that it is difficult for colleges to give long holidays,only in summer vacations you will be get 15 days off and if you have any serious health issue then you can apply for holidays otherwise there is no way of getting long term holidays.i hope this information helps you.
