You can get admission in medical colleges in Kerala only on the basis of NEET. There is no separate exam. However you need to apply for counselling separately also in 85% state quota.

There is no any state level entrance exam. The admission will be through NEET only. Kerala state will conduct its own counselling on the basis of NEET score.
