Unfortunately, you cannot pursue LLB degree . BCI does not recognize part-time or distance learning programs .some colleges previously offered evening batches, these have largely been discontinued due to BCI regulations.

Therefore, if you intend to practice law, you have to take regular full-time course at a BCI-approved institution but if you are not planning to practice law, some universities offer pg diploma law courses you can do that from calcutta university.
