Hello,

Yes, Migration certificate is one of the required documents for JOSAA counselling.

To obtain the migration certificate you need to fill the application form for issuance. Attach a copy of 12 th STD certificate and school leaving certificates and then apply to the respective education board for the issuance of migration certificate.
