Admission shall be made only on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the Institute for this purpose. The number of Questions to be answered shall be 100 in a duration of 90 minutes. There shall be negative marking for wrong answers calculated @ -0.25 marks per wrong answer. The cut-off percentage of marks in the entrance examination to be eligible for admission is as follows -

General Merit > 34%; OBC > 33%; SC/ST > 32%
