+4 for marking Correct Response 
-1 for marking Incorrect Response
0 marks for unattempted question.

Yes negative marking has been introduced in jipmer from 2018 the marking pattern stands 1 or - 1/3 for each correct or wrong answer. So attempt the questions carefully.

Yes. There is negative marking for wrong answers in jipmer mbbs entrance exam. 1 mark will be awarded for correct answer,and 1/3 will be deducted for incorrect option. However if you don't mark any answer,you will neither be awarded any marks nor get any deduction..
