Well dear candidate, if you want ECE with a rank of 32000 then all the north-eastern NITs are open for you except NIT Silchar.But let me warn you that many of these institutions do not even have proper infrastructure let alone faculty and lab resources. NIT Srinagar is also an option.

But I want to know why just restrict yourself to NITs? If you really want to study ECE choose the best possible college irrespective of the tag. Some colleges which you can consider are:

IIIT SriCity

School of Engineering, JNU

IIIT Kota ( runs is NIT Jaipur)

IIIT Bhopal (runs in NIT Bhopal)

If you are lucky you may get IIIT Kancheepuram ECE 5 year program.
