Ravi, if your question is if your hair is different from the photo uploaded in the NEET application form to the one that you will sport on the exam day because you are having a hair cut, that should not be a problem. When they take your Biometric on the day of the exam, they will identify that you are the same person. Also to be on a safer side, take 2 passport size photographs with you, one before the hair cut and another the most recent one. If you are appearing for NEET, make sure you wear simple, plain clothes. No full had T-Shirts, no jeans. No collared t-shirts either. Make sure you wear formal pants with no heavy embroidery or chains hanging from your clothes. Also ensure that you do not wear any jewelry like ring, chain, bracelets of any metal. Also please do not wear any shoes or boots or socks. Make sure you wear sandals. You do not want unnecessary hassles for checking on the D-day. Neet Aspirants should upload the photo in a specified format, Photo size should be between 10 kb to 200 kb. Photo Background should be white. The photo should cover 80% of the face with ears clearly visible. It should be in JPG/JPEG Format.
There will be no problem at all unless your haircut changes the look of your face entirely. No worries there won't be any problem.
