Rajkiya Engineering College, Bijnor was earlier known as Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar Engineering College Of Information Technology was established in 2009. Its campus has been shifted to Chandpur, Bijnor in 2015. The college still faces scarcity of resources due to govt negligence and improper administration.

• Till Nov 2017, the college didn't have any permanent faculty. Students were taught only by guest faculties which seemed incapable.
• No sports activity due to lack of a playground.
• Location of college is far away from the city.
• Only limited no of books are available in the library.
• Lab equipments are either faulty or in bad conditions.
• No college placements
