For appearing to exam there eligibility is, the candidate must have bachelor degree passed with 50% aggregate percentage for general category student and for caste category student it is 45%. There is no eligibility related to backlogs only degree passed with above conditions. The age limit has no bar in the tancet exam.

Yes,  you are eligible for the tancet exam if you clear all your backlogs.
