Unfortunately , the answer is no. You can't get your marks rechecked for competitive exams. The simple reason is answers are in OMR form so there is no scope of mistake while checking.

I am sorry to inform you that JEE Mains does not have the criteria for revaluation. But here is what you can do! Write an email to CBSE with your details such as name, roll number etc. and communicate your problem to them. There is a huge change the problem will get resolved and they will revert to your complaints. When they resolve your issue, you will see your ranks and numbers being updated as a result of this. There is no other option right now for this.
