Since you did not pay the Application fee for JEE Main January, Now there is no way to appear for JEE Main (January Attempt).
However, you are eligible to write JEE Main in April (2nd attempt). So when the Application forms for April session are out, apply for that immediately and pay the required fee before the deadline so that you will be able to write in April session atleast.
