Hello Roshan,
Your GATE score add more edge to your CV and chance of your recruitment in some private company, but no private company claims to hire people on GATE score in some cases you might be get selected,such as in 2017 TATA power take some students on the basis of their GATE score. So for that you have to check the newspapers regularly.
