There is no problem if you paste a different color  background photo on your aiims admit card. 

Just the thing you should take care of is that the photo  is clear

Hello Punit, Yes, as far as the rules are concerned you are not allowed to paste photo having background color except white. But it all depends on your examiner, if he checks(which most of them won't), then you might face a problem. Its better safe than sorry.
