You can do the fresh or new choice filling of the colleges in the second round, If you explain about which state you are asking & have you also registered for the first round? then I can help you more about.

I HAD REGISTERED FOR FIRST ROUND BUT I COULD NOT ENTER ALL THE DESIRABLE OPTIONS... AM FROM KARNATAKA AND AM FROM OBC
