Yes, but a deduction of 2.5% will take place if Painting is added.
So figure out the Maths for yourself.
Calculate it based on the following
List C1: Language Course Compulsory
List C2: Maths Compulsory for Bcom (H) and not BCom
Subject from List C1 - No Deduction
Any subject from List C2 - Deduction of 1%
Any other Subject - Deduction of 2.5% for each subject added
