Hello,

You Can follow MTG AIIMS GK BOOK or If you have Allen Modules then they provide a booklet to practice questions you can refer to that.
There are online websites also like Jan Jagrosh website where you can find current affairs.
But the best way to prepare for AIIMS GK is reading newspapers, so you can follow online news apps.
