If you are not from Karnataka then  you will only be eligible if you meet one of the conditions below

• The candidate should  have domicile certificate
• The candidate  have done their last 7 years of  their schooling in Karnataka
• one of the parents have studied in school of  Karnataka for 7 years atleast.
• one of the parent should be domiciled in Karnataka

If you are not from Karnataka then it will be hard for you if you are from Karnataka then it won't be much of a problem for you
