The relaxation of percentage in marks for OBC depends on course. There are courses that give relaxation upto 5%. There are also courses that consider OBC par with General Category. So it will be better to check the eligibility of the course where the relaxation scheme will be given. In some colleges there can also be reservation for OBC.
