Hello Chaithanyaa, 

MECON has not mentioned anything regarding sports quota under the reservations they provide. They provide reservations for the SC/ST,  OBC ( non creamy,  creamy layer),  PwD ( person with disability)  and Ex-servicemen (ESM) . Therefore I don't think they have any seats reserved for anyone not falling in these mentioned categories.
