no there are no reserved quota for rural citizens in the neet examination as of now whether it be in the 85% state quota or the 15% all India quota
All that exists is the SC and ST reserve quotas and OBC a and b which get their proportionate representations in the students admitted to the various colleges.

As per the latest updates there is no reservation for the candidates belonging to rural areas in the examination of NEET-UG. 

The reservation is only for candidates belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, Other Backward Classes (Non creamy layer) and Physically Handicapped students have reservation too. 

Under the 15% All India Quota, the reservation is somewhat like this : 

Schedule Caste : 15%

Schedule Tribe : 7.5%

Other Backward Classes : 27%

Physically handicapped : 3%
