Almost all States have closed their counsellings and have commenced the classes. Punjab started its process late but again it has domicile rules. And Maharashtra has put its counselling process on hold. Maharashtra also follows domicile criteria. Karnataka was the only Opem State and Karnataka completed its counselling process. Now yiu have only spot admissions left and for that you might have to visit the colleges.
