Hello, 

Dentistry may be saturated but since India is a country of many people,often ridden with ailments, a medical profession will never flop here. As for non clinical jobs, you can definitely apply. But there are only a few places that are not already saturated with people. 

There is definitely still scope for MDs. Bottom line is,  there will be competition everywhere,  choose the line you are most suited to so you can beat the competition.
