No, there is no reservation in NEET for a girl child/ single child or Single girl child.
Although there are many government colleges that are just for girls i.e they admit only girls candidate to the course.
These are :

• Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi (College Code 200448)
• BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Sonepat (College Code 200145)
• Sri Padmavati Medical College for Women (SVIMS), Tirupati (College Code 200434)
• Symbiosis Medical College for Women, Pune (College Code 200527).

There is not any as such single girl child reservation in neet counselling whether its through AIQ or telangana state and they are under normal reservation policy. But there is girls reservation in few states whose cut is usually higher than general cutoff because  greater number of girls appearing in exam than boys.
However there is few states like Punjab, there is single girl child reservation and the reservation quota is upto 1%. You can apply through state counselling in them.

As per the official statements released regarding the reservations and quotas for NEET UG 2022 for Telangana, there is no reservation for a single girl child. The reservations are limited to the 85% state quota for both men and women, other than that there is no such quota for single girl child.
