Hello Bhanu, Yes, You can apply under All India category quota but I don't think you can get a seat in any of the colleges at these marks. the closing rank marks for the last admitted general student was about 542 marks in Karwar institute of medical science in NEET in 2018. So, I don't think you can get admission here on the basis of all India quota.

There is highly any chance for you to gain MBBS Government seat in Karnataka because its compulsory to attempt MEET in kannada. But there is probability for you to gain admission in private colleges by giving thier entrance tests and qualifying their counciling.
