There isn't any specific course that you have to study for cracking psychology entrance tests, which are held in some colleges. Psychology entrance exams will test your aptitude so you can work out aptitude practice papers and previous year entrance exam question papers that can be found online. You can also brush up on 11th and 12th standard psychology books for answering related questions.
