You need to visit the private school website or the state school service commission websites for the vacancies and apply for them. After qualifying you will be able to sit for the interview and if you have everything good then you will get the job. For government school jobs the recruitment is time consuming although Private school jobs the recruitment will be faster compared to that of government school.
