The original NCERT are available only in English Language. If you want Telugu NCERT you can find authors who translated NCERT into Telugu, you can find those books in online websites like Amazon, Flipkart.

You can also go for YouTube channels where you can see people gives lecture videos of NCERT in Telugu. Even that can help you. You can watch the videos of the concept you want in Telugu.

You can also find notes of NCERT written by students in online. Even that can help you but not to much bigger extent.
