Actually for this time most of the colleges are conducting their course in online mode for any undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses but as the situation ends they will resume in the normal process.

However there are also some dedicated institutes who provides distance learning, probably about what you are talking.

However for instrumentation courses the practical is very much important to learn. So my advice is that you can or should avoid the distance of online mode for instrumentation engineering
