Let me tell you the acceptance fee can be taken out from JOSAA before the announcement of allottment results of 7th round. But please keep in mind that money is not returned right away, it takes about 1 month or even more to get that back. So if you are looking forward to participate in CSAb spot round you'll have to give 35000 again for the counselling.

Yes the seat acceptance fees can be used for the CSAB special rounds also, but it cannot be given back.
