JEE cracking requires in-depth understanding of subject matter. Only recalling the formulas won't help. The fundamental requirement is that you should know , understand and feel what's happening in the topic.

It requires rigrous practice. Because it is way easy to learn things than to apply the learnt things in exam.

Observing JEE  recent pattern, it's Accuracy should be taken care of. In JEE Advanced, the precision is far more critical than your pace. Since even a slight error can ruin the marks of another question.
