B category seats are management quota seats which are filled in private medical colleges under government provisions .

B category seats are Management quota seats. These seats are basically filled in by the private colleges and deemed universities as per the rules and regulations provided by the authorities.

For admission to Management Quota seats, candidates have to apply under management quota with the respective authority. For Deemed universities the counselling is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). For state private colleges, candidates have to apply under the respective state authority for admission.
