As per Information Bulletin of NEET UG 2019, Reservation of seats in government medical colleges under 15% All India Quota:

i. 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates,

ii. 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates,

iii. 27% seats in Central Educational Institutions are reserved for OBC candidates only as per Central Educational Institutions 

The Economic reservation may be applicable from the next NEET session.

Economic and social backward reservation is not applicable in NEET 2019. NEET gives reservation only for SC, ST, OBC, PwD and home state quota. A candidate will given reservation only for if he/she has any of these quotas or else they will be considered in general category only.
