see it depends on which stream you may choose for as mtech course, however right now structural engineering has wide demands, but it also depends on from which institution you would complete your masters, in india iits are best for mtech courses for civil engineering. you need to appear in gate exam to get admission in iits, also psus like mdl, ntpc, iocl hires candidates based on gate score. you may also work as a lecturer after completing m.tech.
