Dear Uday, NEET will not have GK and English, NTA hasn't released any notification regarding any new pattern. The only change is that AIIMS and JIPMER will conduct their admissions through NEET from 2020. NEET will have 180 questions. 45 MCQs from Physics, 45 MCQs from Chemistry and 90 MCQs from Biology. Every correct answer will get your 4 marks and a wrong answer will take away 1 mark. The exam is for 720 marks and is for 3 hours duration.

No there is no question from gk and English grammar section in neet 2020.

There will be 120 Multipe choice questions in exam which will belong to physics, chemistry and biology only.
