If you enjoy processing and solving mathematical problems, BSc in Mathematics is a good option. You can join the 3-year course after completing 10+2 with Maths as one of the core subjects. Admission to BSc Mathematics programme is done through cut-offs and some institutes also conduct entrance tests.  Apart from teaching and research in Mathematics, there are good opportunities in different sectors such as Finance, Actuarial Science and Industrial Mathematics.
