I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, After allotting seat in the 7th round you need to go reporting center to accept your seat before the due date. If you won't visit your seat get canceled and that seat will be taken for Mop Up round. So it's better to visit RC. If you still have any doubt regarding this then it would better if you contact helpdesk.

If you choose float or slide in 1 to 6 rounds then no need to freeze your allotted seat by report yourself at the reporting centre in the JOSAA 7th round. After that you need to check the official website of your allotted institute and they will provide one reporting date for your admission. Hope it helps for you
