regular in a particular means if a full time UG and PG course is availabe for that course or not. so let me inform you that yes, a regular in biotechnology is available.

as in, you can either go for BSc in biotechnology, that is a 3 year 6 semester course, you can go for it if you had PCB in 10+2 or

BTech biotechnology that is a 4 year 8 semester course if you had PCB and M in 10+2 or equivalent exam.

look for courses like medical biotechnology too.

but go for a college/university that has well eqquiped labs.
