Job on an officer's post depends on where you get jobs. There are posts like junior officer, commissioning officer etc., In certain multinational companies.
To be specific, you can prepare for government jobs such as UPSC, SSC CGL, state level government jobs etc.,  After clearing them, you will certainly be employed on the post of officer in any of the wide departments under government of India.
