Dear Abhinav, NTA has given leverages for NEET.

1. While for General Category Students it is 50% in 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, it is 45% for PWD.

2. While for qualifying it is 50% for General Category, it is 45% for PWD.

3. There is a 5%  horizontal reservation for Persons with Disability.

Irrespective of the disability be it locomotor or visual disability, this reservations apply. There is nothing specific for candidates with Visual Disability.
