Yes, there are such scholarships which ate helpful for pwd students.

The department of empowerment of personalities with disablities has introduced a scheme to provide coaching assisstance to students with disablities to appear in competative examinations.Not only for exams but also for government jobs etc....

You have to understand that there is no rule making compulsory for the coaching classes to provide scholarship to the PWD candidates for JEE coaching. However, almost every coaching institution provides some scholarship to such candidates because they have better chances to get into IITs and NITs and provide them with results. Some of the institutes also take an exam to determine the amount of scholarship to be given to the candidates. However, this is totally dependent on the institutes to provide scholarship, they may give it or may not give.
