I am sorry but 'Nope', there is no psychology department provided by JNU. They don't have MA Clinical Psychology course. 

You may look out to some another high reputed Universities like Delhi University and Banaras Hindu Unuversity (BHU). These university takes their own Entrance Examination. You can clear that and may pursue your PG in them.

Yeah Bhavesh definitely there is MA in Psychology is available in the JNU & the candidate's who wish to pursue this course should have completed their Graduation in any discipline with 50% of marks from a recognised University/ College.
