Generally the obc certificate had the validity period for one year and almost two years (rarely).

But currently the certificate issued by Madhya pradesh had the validity of three years from the date is issue.

But still, it is always advised that you should use the current dated or latest obc certificate before giving any exam. And I also advise your to use the latest obc ncl certificate if you are applying for any exam like jee or neet 2021.

Because of your use the old certificate then or will create problem during the counseling process.
So always use the latest obc certificate if you are applying for any exam.
