Yes, there is an option entry where you can rearrange the colleges option based on your interest, but it is not confirmed that you may add colleges but you can delete by putting zero while arranging to the colleges you don't need.

Last year students had an option to put new colleges but this it's not yet confirmed so please wait and keep your options ready
