Dear Rajendra, the Maharashtra assembly passed a legislation approving 16% reservation to the Maratha Community in job and educational sectors. However,  at this point in time, Bombay High Court decided to hear appeal against the Maratha Reservation. So every decision will stand stayed until the final order is passed on. So this reservation might not happen for this accademic year.
