Yes, there is reservation for Person with Disability (PwD) in NEET UG 2019. The PwD may be called by PH category in reservation policies of NEET UG 2019. In NEET UG 2019, there is horizontal reservation available for PwD candidates and this is 5%. This means that in every category 5% will be reserved for PwD. So you have 5% reservation in OBC/SC/ST reserved  as well as in General seats.
