Yes ,as you are a Kashmiri migrant then surely you can get some of the good colleges in Maharashtra through JK Quota. But it also depends upon which branch you choose and their cut-offs.
You can also give a attempt in MHTCET, this exam is solely for admission in government and non government college of Maharastra. So this exam will surely increase your chances of admission in the college of your choice.
Note: Reservations will be provided to you in both the entrance examinations.
