There are several scholarship programmes available for 12th passed students offered by various Government and private organisations. Here I have given some of the scholarships offered by Government of India

1. Central sector scheme of scholarship for college and university students(csss) by department of Higher Education. 

2. If you have passed from science stream and interested in pursuing in General science then you can avail  Inspire fellowship. The scholarship will award you a sum of Rs.80000/ year till the completion of M.SC.

3. You can also appear for Kishore vaigyanik prosthan yojana(KVPY) entrance examination.

4 . All India youth scholarship entrance exam.

5. Foundation for Academic Excellence & Access.

There is no such scholarship amount by scoring good in 12 th .
But in some engineering college they offer scholarship  for discount on college fee .

Hello, yes.

But CBSE doesn't provide scholarships for class 12 pass out students.

They provide only for class 10th students, who secure 90 percent/above 9 GPA.

However, there are a lot of state scholarships available. I am not sure if 97 percent would qualify, since you also belong to general category, but do check and apply.
