As per your query , i would glad to inform you that their are many courses offered in iit like MPHIL, BE/BTECH,PHD  by humanity department in IIT .  PHd course is offfered my IIT madras which have very high , MTECH 2 year couse is offered by IIT madras and MPHIL programi in pyschology is offered by IIT hyderabad
